Martin Puryear in conversation at the Smithsonian American Art Museum

On the occasion of his exhibition, Martin Puryear: Multiple Dimensions, at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, Puryear will be joined by Smithsonian curator Karen Lemmey and exhibition curator Mark Pascale for a conversation on the evolution of the artist's work. The conversation will take place on Wednesday, June 1 in the Smithsonian American Art Museum's McEvoy Auditorium from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are required.
