On Thursday, February 19, for the final event of David Weiss: Works, 1968-1979, a conversation between Weiss’s longtime collaborator, artist Peter Fischli, and Nancy Spector of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum will take place at the Swiss Institute. Nancy Spector is the Deputy Director and Jennifer and David Stockman Chief Curator of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation; and the discussion occurs in advance of a major retrospective of Fischli/Weiss at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in Spring 2016.
