Fullmoon compiles more than 260 photographs by Darren Almond of the landscape around the globe, captured under the light of a full moon. The catalogue covers Almond's entire fullmoon series from the turn of the century up until today. It features an introduction by Sheena Wagstaff, head of the Modern and Contemporary Art Department of the Metropolitan Museum in New York, and an in-depth essay by writer and critic Brian Dillon.
Additionally Taschen will offer three Art Editions of 60, each numbered and signed by the artist. The special, limited edition catalogue come with one of three signed C-prints - Moonbow@Fullmoon (2011), Fullmoon@Horseshoe Bend (2012), and Fullmoon@Porto Mosquito (2013).
